4-5-21 THOUGHTS

Good Morning Loved Ones.  It’s good to be back and refreshed.  The Lord has allowed me to spend seven days living on His ocean and I am duly impressed.  I can say I have watched it for hours in deep thought.  My little mind was witnessing power and sheer volume beyond its ability to comprehend.  The order, the fact that it has been doing that all over the world since time began.  I’ve often fondly called the waves “God’s heartbeat.”    He polishes little rocks and makes them beautiful.  How many grains of sand are on this globe of ours?  I think HE knows.
Job 38:8-11   "Or who enclosed the sea with doors When, bursting forth, it went out from the womb; 9  When I made a cloud its garment And thick darkness its swaddling band, 10  And I placed boundaries on it And set a bolt and doors, 11  And I said, ‘Thus far you shall come, but no farther; And here shall your proud waves stop’?
Lincoln City, Oregon is a tsunami zone.   “Since 1854, 21 tsunamis have impacted the Oregon coast. The last two damaging tsunamis were in 1964 as a result of the Great Alaska Earthquake and in 2011 as a result of the Great East Japan Earthquake.”  I couldn’t help wonder what would happen if God “Let the boundaries of the ocean loose?”  The fact that they are controlled is nothing short of awesome.  I am thankful for my time witnessing His Power!
Ps 93:3-4   The floods have lifted up, O LORD, The floods have lifted up their voice, The floods lift up their pounding waves.  4  More than the sounds of many waters, Than the mighty breakers of the sea, The LORD on high is mighty.
Wisdom is personified in Prov 8:27-31    "When He established the heavens, I was there, When He inscribed a circle on the face of the deep, 28  When He made firm the skies above, When the springs of the deep became fixed, 29  When He set for the sea its boundary So that the water would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth; 30  Then I was beside Him, as a master workman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him, 31  Rejoicing in the world, His earth, And having my delight in the sons of men.
Mark 4:39-41  And He got up and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, "Hush, be still." And the wind died down and it became perfectly calm. 40  And He said to them, "Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?" 41  They became very much afraid and said to one another, "Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?"
Col 1:15-17    He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn of all creation. 16  For by Him all things were created, both in the heavens and on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or rulers or authorities — all things have been created through Him and for Him. 17  He is before all things, and in Him all things hold together.
Rom 1:20    For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse.

My Prayer:
O God thank you for revealing yourself to us in such marvelous ways.  Thank you that we see and believe.  Thank you for the position of Christ Jesus in the scheme of eternity!  We hope by your grace, mercy and love O God.  Blessed be the name of the LORD!

In the name of Jesus             Amen
